Can you make one of your necklaces in a different length?

The standard necklace is offered in three different lengths, but the other two can also be created in different lengths as well. Just send me a message from the Customer Assistance page and I'll be happy to assist you with your order. 

Could wearing the diffuser over clothing cause staining from the oil?

The essential oils could potentially stain if you do not let the oil soak into the lava bead before use. To properly "load" the necklace with essential oils, lay the necklace on a flat surface to apply the oils to the top of the lava bead only. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes to soak into the bead. Wipe off any excess oils before wearing. 

How long does delivery take from time of order?

Products that are in stock are generally shipped out the following business day after your order is placed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped and again when it has been delivered. The free shipping provided takes between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer a product satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, I want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase, so I do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not truly satisfied with your purchase, just send the item(s) back within 45 days and I'll refund your money. Please refer to the Product Satisfaction page for more information on products.

How much does shipping cost?

I offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Unfortunately, I do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
