I come back to these practices over and over again because they work and bring more joy into my life than I ever thought possible.

In this retreat, we will go beyond the overwhelm and explore the practice of serenity and how to incorporate it into your daily life with ease.
Together, we'll explore how to achieve serenity from three different perspectives, body, mind, and spirit. It's important to give attention to all three in order to fully relax and integrate what you learn.

11:30 am - 1:00 pm PST - 1.5 hour lunch break
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm PST - Serenity for your spirit
Sunday, Sept. 26th (On Zoom)
9:00 am - 9:30 am PST - Introduction to the practice of letting go
9:30 am - 10:30 am PST - Three different release methods
10:30 am - 11:30 am PST - Practical use
11:30 am - 12:00 pm PST - Wrap up and goodbyes
