Learning to relax and maintain serenity in your daily life can be A LOT more difficult than it sounds, but it's also A LOT more important than most people realize. 

Your relationships, your health, and even your life's work depend on your ability to maintain a relaxed state of being and flow with the universe.

The more stressed out you are, the more you struggle. If you want an easier life you've got to embrace the serenity practice.

I come back to these practices over and over again because they work and bring more joy into my life than I ever thought possible. 

If you're ready to make changes, but don't know where to start because it all feels so overwhelming, then this retreat is for you!

You're not alone. Even I forget how important this practice is from time to time. And then something difficult happens and I remember!

In this retreat, we will go beyond the overwhelm and explore the practice of serenity and how to incorporate it into your daily life with ease.

Together, we'll explore how to achieve serenity from three different perspectives, body, mind, and spirit. It's important to give attention to all three in order to fully relax and integrate what you learn. 

There are only four spots available in order to maintain the small intimate group feel. This will allow you to feel seen, heard, and most importantly, supported on your journey towards embracing serenity!

Saturday, Sept. 25th

9:00 am - 12:00 pm PST - Serenity for your body

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm PST - Time for lunch, exploration, & bonus readings
